「Staffs are all very friendly & helpful. Room is very clean and comfortable. Very quiet place. Complementary breakfast is good enough to me - I stayed two days and they did offer some different choices, not many though. No refrigerator in room which is not convenient, but with ice machine at each floor so I'm okay with that eventually. Restaurant, convenient stores are nearby. Overall this is a nice place to stay. The only thing I may complain is the air conditioner - it works well with no doubt,...

「Parking was very convenient and safe. Night clrk was vey efficient. Room very clean but there was a bad odor of smoke. Unfortunately that was the only king bed available. Breakfast was a full breakfast. 」

「I had the pleasure of staying here last year and I was happy to do the same this year. My mom is very ill, so during my stay, I needed to bring her to the hotel with me while my dad took care of daily errands, and the manager was very understanding. Besides the miscommunication in regards to how many towels the housekeeper could provide us with at one given time, my whole experince was a breeze. I will definitely stay here again, if I get another opportunity to do so. Great job guys!」

「The room lacked lights, it was just too dark! Also the floor (carpet) in the room was not clean. The coffee in the breakfast tasted no flavor, and the pancake tasted a little strange. We stayed for 5 days and the experience was only saved by friendly greetings from the staff. However I will choose Holiday Inn Express next time.」
