First and foremost the photos on all websites are very misleading and the entire place needs to be renovated. Per your listing no pets are allowed but your staff are feeding stray cats not knowing if people that are booking are allergic to cats. Apartment 6 had dog but you have a NO PET POLICY!!! Mr. Patel & Staff I will see you in court!!! Me and my family slept in a car due to you taking money from my pockets because of greed. Your rooms were filthy you and your staff knew it I recorded the entire interaction I will be uploading this on making sure you don't get any business‼️

We had to be moved from the first room because the bed broke when I sat on it (no, I’m not obese), and the lamps were not working, had torn shades and were very dirty. The second room had a slowly draining sink that stopped draining completely the second day. The door had no strike plate and there was light coming in around the “lock”. The shower curtain rod was rusty, the toilet seat was the wrong size and the bathroom door did not close. The hall carpets were very dirty. The free breakfast consisted of fruit loops, or make your own waffles, small pastries, instant oatmeal, with a communal gallon of milk. We were told not to use the sink so we had to wash our hands and brush our teeth in the bathtub. We left a day early, forfeiting one night’s non-refundable charge. It was awful!

I was disappointed that the restaurant was closed, but is on the website as a focal point. There wasn't an ice machine. Check out wasn't until 11 AM, but housekeeping knocked on my door starting at 8 AM and came back several times after I told them I wasn't leaving until 11. The rooms were perfect and comfortable.

WARNING - DO NOT STAY HERE! Hotel in need of SERIOUS REPAIRS/WORK! Man knocking on door at 11:30pm saying he was "housekeeping", hallway smelled of pot smoke, then front desk knocks on door at 12 midnight, saying the new girl when cking in put me in the wrong room, and I needed to go to the front desk with my ID. Room was a disgrace, picture a hotel from the 1950's that was never updated or repaired. HOTEL IS NOT SAFE! The area is questionable to begin with so my stay was the worst night ever!!

All of the above! Walked into our room and turned around! The Clewiston Inn website is false. They are very old photos and the place looks nothing like the website. Expedia must do it due diligence and monitor the sites they advertise. Also, the phone number on the page does not go through. I found it difficult to even call them. Also, I called twice to Expedia and both times the representative gave me the same phone number that did not go through. I paid the Inn personally and still trying to get a refund. Bad…Bad…Bad… Obviously, the good reviews are from staff or closely related to the Inn!

There was no hot water, just barely room temp. The TV in the bedroom did not work. I get better breakfast at less expensive places. These are the things that stood out because they didn't work well. The area around the bottom of the stairwell (outside) was awful. The mop bucket with the mop sticking out could have poked us in the face had I not moved it. I will not choose this place in the future. On a good note: The price was cheaper than others and the staff were all nice. I did feel safe there.

When we first checked in we received room 249. We went to that one the bed spread was covered in mold and the floor was moldy. We went back to the front desk. she took us to room to 251. There was no mold on that bed. But the room was very musky smelling. The bathroom floor had hair on it. The carpet needed to be vacuumed. We left we did not even stay the night. When we checked out she said no refunds you've been here longer than 15 minutes. Probably a total of 35 minutes.We said fine. Don't stay here.

Staff were super friendly and really tried to help. Alexa was great and so was the maintenance guy. That was the best part of this place. Nothing worked. No TV although they really did tried to get it to work. AC leaked so there was water on floor all the time. Everything needs to be updated from the furniture to the horrible bed and just the entire location.

One of the worst places I’ve ever been. Cracks in the door. Roaches on the floor. Outlets that are as old as the historic building and struggle to hold a plug. No less than 3 roaches. Full size beds in a “double queen” room. AC was so loud I barely slept. Kitchenette was a microwave and a mini fridge. Pictures are extremely misleading. Would not recommend.
