"I had live roaches in ny room. Broken toilet seat, missing tiles in bathroom black tape holding the towel rack in place the bathtub didnt have drain covers and the bathroom door wouldnt shut.. "

"Staff was very nice, property was nice. Clean and quiet. The only issue I had was having to pay $10 for a wristband ($15 if you’re not staying on their property) for the Tiki Hut starting at 6pm. It was only me and I only wanted to get something to eat once getting back to my room. Tammy was most helpful with that bc the place was PACKED OUT with more party-minded people and not hungry and tired folks such as myself. I REALLY enjoyed my stay there, tho, and will def stay there again! I’ll just know to grab food elsewhere since I’m past the party era of my life.. lol"
