「Overall nice stay - very quiet. The hot tub was very clean but the nobs were broken so it was difficult to turn off. The ice machine did not work well which was frustrating. When we got to the room, it was dark and the AC was off (it was 80 degrees outside).」

「The room is extremely small and the bed is also very small. I booked a king size bed and was given a double bed. My child could only sleep on the floor. No one came to change the bath towels in our room. The accommodation experience was extremely poor.」

「The room was very humid despite all of our attempts to dry it out. There is no fan in the bathroom for humidity. The moisture made all metals corrode and it was just uncomfortable. Not good for asthmatics.」

The only issues we encountered were with the rooms. Our first room, which was on the ground floor, had multiple spider webs with spider egg sacs behind the curtains and in the corners of the room. The curtain itself also had yellow staining along the bottom, as though it had gotten wet at some point and...
