The property is described generally accurately but pictures are not entirely representative of the unit. There were several items in disrepair and the condition of the property is not good. 」

「This space felt like a retreat in the middle of a neighborhood. It was walkable to downtown, and plenty of food and drink in the Heights area. Parking was a breeze and never had any issues with the on-street parking. Walking the neighborhood was also a treat because of the history and the architecture. The only thing I wished for was a firmer bed and firmer pillows - but that's my preference! Everything else was smooth, relaxing, and beautiful! 」

「This property was disappointing and not at all as advertised. Dirty floors, stained pillows, blocked bath drain, leaky pipe in kitchen, and very greasy hob rings causing smoke when cooking were a problem for us. Complicated checking in process was frustrating. Property certainly not of a high standard and not value for the money paid. Constantly had sllep disrupted by noisy people in room above.It is in a good location for the Medical Center and Hermann Park.」

「Tim’s apartment was great. He was very easy to communicate with and he helped me with the garage. Felt very safe to be able to use the garage while on a work trip. The apartment was nice and the window shades did a great job at blocking sunlight, but also were easy to adjust to get more light in but maintain privacy. There’s a ton of storage in the apartment. This was a great location in Houston Heights, since the green belt and HEB bookend the block. 」

「Property was booked and then cancelled within 4 hours of check in. Management company refused to take responsibility and blamed the 3rd party (Livly) they use. I was left in a very stressful and unfortunate situation due to their negligence and lack of professionalism, the woman I spoke to at the property management company stated she would call me back with other options, but never called. It’s really frustrating when you book a property in advance, are told you are confirmed and will receive...

「The unit was so clean It would be perfect if the garage door openner worked. We were happy and enjoyed staying at the unit. We recommend that the owner should have more trash can in every bathroom.」
