「The staff was extremely inviting, professional, and kind. Parking was extremely easy we stayed in villa 3939. It was very large, clean, and had a great view. 「Enjoyed our week here as our first time in Hilton Head. The beach was great, staff was friendly and accommodating throughout the resort. Any issue we had was immediately handled and we would absolutely return for a shortened stay. With a family of five, we much needed a larger refrigerator and microwave in the room. 「The location is perfect. Carl, the bellman, went above and beyond to retrieve and park my car. He also made sure I had an umbrella when it rained. The property is old with minimal amenities, but it was charming, quiet and felt very safe.」
