"Our room and all common areas were impeccably clean and beautifully maintained! Even the air ventilation vents were free of built up dust and debris. We were in Room 813. It had a full kitchen, barstool seating area, living room with plentiful seating, a full bedroom and a full bathroom with whirlpool tub and spacious shower with great water pressure and a perfect shower head. The extra half bathroom off the entryway was very welcome too! The balcony was accessible from the living room and bedroom, making it a nice spot! The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. The management level folks were always present and did everything possible to help people! We absolutely enjoyed our stay. "

To my surprise, they upgraded me to a beautiful suite on the 23rd floor with a stunning partial ocean view (Room 2304A) — and it truly made my stay unforgettable. The suite was bright, spacious, and impeccably clean, with modern touches that made it feel luxurious yet comfortable. Waking up every morning to the ocean right outside my window was magical. The atmosphere throughout the resort is peaceful, stylish, and perfectly Miami.
