「Room smelled terrible. All neighboring rooms were loud through out the whole night. Honestly would've probably been better off staying in my truck.」

「Not somewhere I would stay again. We arrived late, around 10 pm. Front desk clerk was preparing the coffee pots for the next morning. Rather than pause that non-urgent task to get us checked in, we waited about 5-10 mins for her to come to the desk and check us in. The room was clean but there were a couple of issues. The shade wouldn’t pull down, so we slept with street lights in our eyes all night. There was not a single cup in the room so you couldn’t even get a sip of water to take a pill.」

「The hotel is very clean and good location. We wanted an early check in because we had a family wedding to get ready for but they could not accommodate us. The bar and restaurant staff were super friendly. Breakfast had huge portions and very tasty. Enjoyed cocktails on the rooftop that overlooked the pretty street below. Overall it was a good stay and I would recommend this place to others.」

The property was immaculately clean and all efforts had been made to keep the guests' needs and wants met. We probably will stay at Pleasanton again and we heartily recommend it!! 」
