Face Time

Check in was very fast and informative. Elevator was out of service. Entry doors at the end of the buildimg need a little work. They get stuck when you go to open them, usually about a foot after opening, resulting in you eating the door. Sraff that cleans the rooms are awesome. Its a older type of hotel, but worth the $.

Was in need of a quick stay for the night and was able to book quickly online which was a bonus. When I arrived to the room it was late and upon going in the bathroom I noticed the bathroom light switch was missing out of the socket...leading me to shower in the dark. Whenever I turned on the shower it started spraying everywhere due to a leak. There was also a leak in the floor causing water to come through the hardwood in the hallway. The room got the job done and the service from the staff was quick/easy.

It was a good stay.

I was disappointed that the pool area and pool was not heated so we could not use the pool. I did ask about the pool when I checked in. The employees were very nice and helpful. Place was clean.

Small town feel and friendly staff. Housekeeping didn't clean room 1/3 days and I understand their laundry person quit that day...but staff did everything to try to make it right. Front desk welcomed me each day.

The room had a mildew smell the house keepers life my room door open went out and was gone for about 9 hrs came back to my room door wide open thank god I had nothing of value in the room the front desk staff and kitchen staff was great

Nice hotel with awesome staff!

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Late night check in went without a hitch. This hotel is in the middle of renovating, so there was a neatly organized stack of new flooring in the breakfast area. The common areas were clean. Hotel staff kept the breakfast area stocked and clean. Linens were clean and passed the UV light check. The bathroom.could have used a little more attention, but it was probably a room pending renovation. This hotel is conveniently located. You can tell the hotel staff take pride in what they do! If you're in the area, it's well worth it to stay here!

Staff is very sweet. The rooms are nasty though. Stains on the drapes, the carpet is rank, and we had to clean it ourselves. Also there was one coffee pod for two adults, limited wash cloths, and again in deep need of cleaning. Super disappointed

Just went for the indoor pool

Just went for the pool, which was freezing. Hot tub was dirty and looked like it hasnt been on in years. Ordered a King and got 2 queens, broken thermostat, holes in the sheets, they need serious help. We swam for a few hours and left. Get it together guys, staff was cool though
