Nice breakfirst. Noce staffs. The cleaning staff is good (As you stay longer, it get more clean). Spa is also nice. If the cost is same, I recomend this hotel (maybe best at Hanoi.)

Hanoi Royal Premium Hotel
Stayed for 7 days! The staff were friendly and helpful! Frontdesk like Jimmy and Mia (the other front desk too!!) were super welcoming and always offered to help. Their food places recommendation were on point. The room nice and cosy with sufficient sunlight.

L’HÔTEL du LAC Hanoi
Quite possibly the most accommodating hotel experience we’ve ever had. Wonderful place for first (or returning) timers in Hanoi, a wonderful calm atmosphere in the middle of a bustling city. Shout out to the patio doors that block sound wonderfully.

Hanoi Splendid Premium Hotel
Room was nice and clean. Great amenities. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Great hospitality all around. The location was perfect. Walking distance from the night food market area and close to many things. Very lively area.
