"Very attentive, helpful, and nice staff. They are able to help with whatever request you may have. The room is spacious, clean, and beautiful. The private onsen as part of the room was the highlight. We had great views of the mountain and during sunset and sunrise it was just an unbelievable sight. Dinner and breakfast were both amazing, delicious and one of the best meals we had on our trip"

Nagi, Namu, Rubi... the Chef, the cleaners were TOP Notch. Stayed for 6 nights and we ordered the 7 course Kaiseki meal for 5 nights. Delicious can't even describe what we ate.
