「The rooms are dirty, the beds are okay, but the carpets aren't cleaned or they haven't been shampooed in a very, very long time. The first room, 224, had a leak. It smelled really bad, like mold. They replaced it for 230 and the smell was less, but it still smelled bad. We went to the gym and the machines were covered in black mold, including the walls and baseboards.It was truly a horrifying experience. 「I will give it maybe a two star the room was decent. One thing I didn’t like is I went to the office multiple times because my key will not work. They tell you not to put the key by a phone. Don’t go in the casino with it. Don’t have it by any debit cards and I didn’t do those and my card still went out then there’s no staff at the 7 PM. There was no alternative number on the door so if you get stuck out, you’ll have to sleep in your car and that’s what I had to do. I was very upset and I would...

The only problem I had the outside didn't match the photos, and it was like they were called away in the middle of cleaning so there was no clean towels and the second bedroom the beds were not made or cleaned.I pray the main bedroom was changed」

They forgot to update the commode, it was small and very low to the floor. I really needed a hand rail to aid getting down that far. Air dryer plug was not working.
