「Got a pet friendly room that STUNK like a litter box. It was horrible! Additionally, we were in a non-smoking room but the pillows had clearly been in a smokers room prior. Hotel security was good and there was a great little seafood place across the street」

「Very friendly staff」

「Stayed one night on a road trip from Texas to Georgia. There were three of us sharing a room. The rooms were so spacious and so clean. It’s off the beaten path so you do have to drive to eat, but they’re building an ihop right next door. Will definitely stay here on future trips! There was an indoor pool and hot tub but we were all too tired to even try them out. Staff were all very friendly and there was plenty of great parking.」

「Check in took 30 minutes. Staff was either incompetent or payment system compromised. Asked to swipe numerous times for deposit after it had cleared my own bank. This place was gong show.」

「The property is in a good location but it needs renovating The hot water ran out and was still out the next day The towels had holes in them The chair in the room looked like something has been wasted on the chair and stained the chair I like that the hotel was smoke free」

「We stayed at the Hyatt Place Biloxi and were very impressed with how clean the hotel was. The rooms were also very well maintained, especially the floors, which is something I always notice when staying at hotels. Overall, the property felt fresh, comfortable, and welcoming. I would have gladly given this hotel 5 stars, but unfortunately, my experience with the in-house Starbucks brought my rating down to 4 stars. I ordered a latte that tasted more like warm milk with syrup than actual coffee....

「Very clean, staff super helpful and friendly, Shout out to the lady on 2nd floor during our stay!!! Hotel was having plumbing/construction and parking issues, that was the only downfall.」

「Everything was on point. My supper on Saturday night in the grill was perfectly prepared by chef Andre the breakfast buffet on Sunday morning was delicious and worth the $13. Nicole, who checked me in Saturday night was very personable and professional. Cora the housekeeping attendant was great. I will definitely spend the night there again the next time I’m in Biloxi.」
