「Rooms were very clean and large for a hotel. Security to enter the hotel was excellent.」

「Really disappointed that they did not allow early check in with out a $50 fee. Only 1.5 hours early, trying to be in before the rain. Then when we did get to check in, the computer had to be rebooted several times so it took a while. There was no overview given. The pool is not as elegant and relaxing as the photo seems, it is right next to the highway. 」

「The staff at the front desk were amazing. The ladies who clean the rooms were the sweetest. The breakfast and dinner buffet were absolutely phenomenal. The room was ok. The carpet was damp and there was only a one chair for sitting. You had to sit one the bed if you are more than 2 people. The bathroom was very nice. The view of the ferris wheel at night was the best entertainment.」

「Nice rooms. Comfy beds and great jacuzzi tub! Breakfast included was delicious. Parking was free and up close.」

「Our room smelled horrible. Staff was sloppy at front desk and less than responsive and lacking the customer service that they should have. Rooms were old and outdated and felt very dingy.」

「Check in took 30 minutes. Staff was either incompetent or payment system compromised. Asked to swipe numerous times for deposit after it had cleared my own bank. This place was gong show.」

「Clean room, staff were very accommodating, all the restaurants were great, we love the Starbucks and the bar in the casino was great. I highly recommend the raspberry margarita with sugar around the rim that was my favorite. I highly recommend Harris for a Stay!」
