「Room floors were gross and dirty. The smell in the room made my throat hurt」

「This is not really an hotel, but a bedroom in a building. Other than the lady who cleans the rooms, there is no staff! The room was clean and comfortable but very noisy - you can hear sounds from other rooms and from outside. There is nowhere to have breakfast, we came by train and had to Uber to a nearby restaurant.」

「Clean and convenient 」

「Parking was in the back of the property. It was easy to get into the house with the code. Our room was upstairs and we had no problem getting into our room. The house was clean and decorated beautifully. We enjoyed sitting outside in the shade. We were able to walk down to some shops and get a bite to eat. 」

「The young lady checking me in was incredibly kind and very helpful. However, there was no shampoo or conditioner body wash in the bathroom, even though there were containers hung on the wall no iron no blow dryer, and I feel like there were crackheads hanging out in the parking lot look like they may live in the hotel.」

「The building is oldand needs repairs, the bath tub had hair in it and not enough towels. The TV went off in the middle of a show and never came back on. The breakfast room was short of supplies and we asked the desk clerk he said they were out of supplies. The employes on duty we not concerned with problems and were very sloppily dressed」

「I was surprised with my stay at Best Western. When we first walked in the room was cool, with the a/c running already, clean , and had the cutest towel animal on the bed with complimentary mints. The staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast was more than just grab n’ go, they had a few “hot options” such as waffle maker with toppings, and eggs, biscuits, and sausage; along with breads, cereals, and yogurts, etc. Definitely would stay again!」

「Beautiful, clean, new hotel. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Close to the downtown area and easily walkable to the shops, restaurants, and bars. We had a great trip and enjoyed our stay🙂」

「Hair Everywhere, Mold In Coffee Pot From Left Over Coffee Filter and old coffee. Coffee pot wasn’t clean, burn marks in the covers , fridge didn’t work and air conditioner almost caught fire when I turned the heat on. 」

「The room was clean. The smell in the hotel was musty. There is no staff. have to call to check in. I paid for an upgraded room and was not given that room or told about the difference in rooms. 」

「I love the staying here when I travel from Alabama to Mississippi. It's mainly because the staff at this location makes staying here worth the drive. They are very helpful, professional, and friendly all in one. They put extra effort into making your stay pleasant.」

「It is not bad. It is old Motel. Hotel room is not cleaning,and it is required to improve. There are microwave and samll refrigerator in room. If any the coffee or tea maker in room is better. The hotel site is close to No. 90 road and CVS store. Free wifi is good.」
