"Front desk staff and staff at dining are excellent. They were attentive to guest needs and assists guests with a smile. There was only 1 bad experience, i left a tip for room housekeeping I asked for fresh towels from an attendant and then saw a different attendant entered the room to clean. When I got back in the room no fresh towels and left the room not cleaned but the bed was fixed. I complained and after that 1st day the room was cleaned with fresh towels."

"Ruby restaurant offered great brunch! We got the room infront of the janitor room and staff were speaking very loudly. The AC unit was very loud when turning on/off that frequently woke us up. "

"As one of the cheepest hotels in the victoria area you shouldnt expect much. But over all hotel was fine. Clean, nicely updated bathroom. No elevator whifh is fine for me but could be a major problem for some. The top floor hallway smelled of pot which wasnt great. Room was small but beds were comfy and sound proofing wasnt horrible. Overall good for the price"
