「I love this property. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and the hotel location is in the heart of old town where you can walk to everything. The pool is in the courtyard and feels like a cenote. The restaurant has excellent service and all the food is delicious. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable with good A/C. Across the street from the malecon sea walk and all the shops and restaurants. 」

「We had a really great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel. The location is excellent—just over a very walkable bridge to Zona Romántica, which made it easy to explore while still enjoying a slightly quieter setting.
The staff truly stood out: warm, friendly, and always going out of their way to help with anything we needed. The cooked-to-order breakfasts were another highlight—fresh, delicious, and a perfect way to start the day.

「So much fun, provided adequate cooking supplies. The blender was a must! Staff was great, but one thing was construction at 9 am was annoying but that was only one morning. Will definitely come back 😁」
