「Clean room. Miss Elaine, receptionist, was extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. Location right next to French Market. Easy access to all attractions. Only comment would be , depending on which direction one was coming from the hotel was not easy to locate and reception was not clearly signposted. However, would definitely stay there again .」

She told us about the shuttle service offered by the hotel for only $10 to take you to the Cruise port which was round trip, however we wasn't returning to the hotel after the cruise. I guess some guest park their cars at the hotel and use the shuttle service to the Cruise port. Also I had two Amazon packages delivered to the hotel in which she made sure I received them.
