「We had a great stay despite hurricane Melissa and wish to commend the staff and management for their response and attention to guests' needs and services during and after the hurricane.
We met many outstanding and caring staff and hope hotel will be able to retain them once it reopens.
We are also grateful for the complimentary days post hurricane and all the efforts to facilitate our safe return to our respective homes.

「My husband stayed here for a week while repairing our family's home after Hurricane Melissa (3 weeks after the hurricane) and he could not speak more highly of this gem of a guesthouse.
