「I wish communication would have been stronger for instance. We didn’t know how to work our TVs. We couldn’t figure out the cable versus streaming. We didn’t know where our towels were. We didn’t know more towels were coming because of the washing machine our fans didn’t mark and although they did send someone over quickly we never got a response from management about them not working the entire time. 「I loved this hotel!! I had originally rented a room at a different hotel, but didn’t stay one night due to uncleanliness and roaches.
