"the reservation of the beach set ups was not a good one, especially the front release what's available when you have a paying customer and then you cant choose where you want to be they do ask what row. Rooms didn't get cleaned past 2 pm during my stay. breakfast was ok nothing to impress. check your room charges they didnt have cash registers open most of the time"

"Terrible customer service they cancelled my room the day of while we were driving then stated it was Expedia that over booked us. Nothing was done to accommodate us we had to drive 40 mins from this location NOTHING was available for late night arrivals. Terrible customer service no accountability just oh well. We drove 5 hours to be sent away. "

"I recently stayed at a Holiday Inn located in destin, Florida from April 3-5, 2026, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. Upon arrival, check in took forever, one of the corporate persons was there and he was so oblivious to everything. We missed the whole first day to do any activities because check in was horrible. Once I got to my room I noticed, the room was not clean, there was a strong odor, the bathroom was dirty, floors had not been swept nor mopped.i had to clean MY OWN ROOM. I immediately brought this to the attention of the front desk, but all they could do is apologize because they didn’t have any help or housekeepers. But that did not make me feel better   Throughout my stay, I also experienced poor customer service, noise, broken amenities, which made my stay very uncomfortable. I chose Holiday Inn expecting a certain standard of quality, but this experience did not meet those expectations. Due to these issues, I am requesting a full or partial refund for my stay. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the experience for future guests.  "
