「I had a wonderful stay at Eliza Hotel Istanbul. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore the city and visit many of the main attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. I really appreciated the warm atmosphere and attention to detail. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience, and I would happily stay at Eliza Hotel again when visiting Istanbul. Highly recommended!」

「Excellent service and very beautiful old hotel with an amazing view! All staff were top notch and so friendly! Will definitely be back and recommend to others. Thanks for a great stay!」

「Friendly staff, excellent location, great breakfast and clean room.」

「It’s tiny the room and the shower will not fit a big person」

「This is an average hotel located on a bit of an upslope unless you are coming from Sultanahmet - which is preferable. Although we arrived half an hour early, we had to wait for check-in. The furnishings were a bit tired and basic. The breakfast was extremely average. There was a lot of noise from the traffic which interfered with our sleep.」

「We are impressed with the people who are working at this place - extremely kind, helpful 」

「Hotel staffs Selman and the team are very nice and helpful, the Cappadocia tour they arranged for us made the trip more easy and safe to do so. The hotel is at a walking distance to the main attractions too. It’s a Lovely stay at Istanbul.」

「The location is great, just a bit noisy Reception staff is nice and helpful」

「Good location Staff wasn’t very helpful It was a couple of sensors, one in the room and one in the bathroom. They look like a camera」

「Title: Great location, but a terrible sleep and poor hygiene To start with the positives, the location is very close to the main tourist attractions, and the room was relatively spacious. However, our experience with the staff and the room assignment was disappointing from the beginning. When we checked in, the two female staff members at the front desk were unfriendly. Since we were staying for 4 nights, we specifically requested a quiet room. Instead, they gave us a room right next to the...

「Demiray was amazing!! The staff gave us the room since 6 am, while their check in time was in the afternoon. They allowed us to have breakfast that same morning, while our plan would have started the following day. No other place would have done this. Extremely accommodating to the guests. They give guests unlimited bottles of water. The steam, sauna and the bath were amazing, so was their jacuzzi and pool. This was our second time in three years and every time we were extremely happy.」

「Nice and very helpful staff. The hotel has escalator access. Fruitful breakfast. The tourist sites are within walk-able distance. There is airport shuttle bus service for sending us to airport with reasonable price.」
