「Devo ringraziare tutto il personale, molto professionale e gentile. Un grande complimento alla cuoca persona super gentile sorridente e mostra amore per la sua professione. Un piccolo rimprovero, ci potrebbero essere più persone a lavorare, da quello che ho visto, il personale lavora troppe ore ed ognuno il doppio per mancanza. Camere pulite ordinate, spazi comuni ben tenuti piscina molto carina!!」

「Gezellig familiehotelletje aan het strand gelegen, ontbijtbuffet vanaf 08u, zwembadje + apart kinderbadje met gratis ligstoelen, ook aan het strand. (Snack) bar, geopend tot ca. 18u, aanwezig. Mss 1 minpuntje, een vertrekroute vanuit de luchthaven Heraklion komt boven het hotel. Verder diverse leuke (en redelijk goedkope) restaurantjes vlakbij en vrij makkelijk aan te rijden op ca. 15 km van Heraklion centrum. Op amper 2 km heb je Cretaquarium, Dinopark en een Aquapark. Ik als Kreta Zuid...

「Vi är nöjda med vistelsen och kan tänka oss att besöka Niros Beach igen. Det som drog ner betyget: -Köksutrustningen var inte komplett, t.ex. fyra knivar, glas och stolar till fem gäster och ingen skärbräda. -det fanns endast toalettpapper och tvål. En skvätt diskmedel och svamp hade underlättat mycket. Observera att luftkonditionering kostar extra, 5€ per natt. Det står i det finstilta så det är inget negativt, bara förvånande år 2026 i ett varmt land. Bra pool och härligt med havet så...

They set you up with a mobile app upon arrival that was also very helpful if you’re worried about a language gap. The buffet food was very good and you can also pay for à la carte meals at one of four restaurants! So worth the stay」

「This is a great hotel for a nice quiet getaway. Always opt for the all inclusive. It is worth it. This hotel is on the beach amd has great food options. A beach bar and an indoors bar. An olympic size pool and a kids pool. I got upgraded to a villa with it's own lounging deck and infinity pool! It was amazing! This is more of an adults hotel but there were families there. It is a top class hotel. The drinks were top quality for an all inclusive hotel. Eg: vodka was circo and we also had 120 euro...

「Staff and food are incredible - massive shout out to Stella, Ionna, Pat, Vasilios and the guys from the bar - all great and couldn’t do enough. The spa is gorgeous with lovely treatments. Drinks are good but if you only drink premium branded liquor then expect to pay - the drinks were nice otherwise but we did pay in the evenings for a nice bottle of wine or premium cocktail. We will definitely be back as it was 100% a 5 star experience. A beautiful resort run by lovely people.」

「I stayed only one day in the hotel because I had to take a flight very early. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked well. The bathroom was small, but that is ok for a short stay. There are many supermarkets, restaurants, and shops in the neighborhood. It is possible to reach the airport by walking nearly 20min (I did it with luggage). I think this hotel was a good choice for the price. Other guests should only be aware of the noise of the flights arriving and leaving at late and...

「Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Lovely food, great amenities and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. The vibe is relaxed and it feels like there is a good amount of space so nowhere feels too crowded. We were there just as a couple but there were lots of families and children there but not to the point where it was disruptive if you’re just trying to have a relaxing time. Would definitely go back.」
