「We had a terrible experience. This property is not managed 24h. The owner comes by only when it's needed. Their check-in time is 4 pm and the owner told us the reception closes at 4:30 pm which gave us 30 min window to check-in. We had to rush to get the keys. She told us she would leave her contact information and useful links for the property to our phone and email but we never received it. She said she lives 15 min away and will come by when it's needed. We mentioned that we will have to...

「Nous avons été très déçus car le logement est très reculé de tout. Sans compter le fait que l’hôtel ne propose absolument pas d’excursions ou de propositions d’excursions. Par ailleurs, le logement n’était pas du tout propre, le petit déjeuner pas du tout à notre goût, la piscine pas nettoyé donc personne ne s’y baignait. Bref un séjour très décevant pour notre part.」

「The room we stayed in was cleaned everyday and towels and ( coffee pods for the machine) replaced. I was initially slightly dubious about using the sister hotel facilities. But I can assure you it is literally 2 mins away, on a private beach. They have a lovely pool and the most amazing staff. We came for just 5 days and it was just so wonderful to relax and enjoy the surroundings and food and staff’s kindness.」

Starting with the positives — the staff were absolutely amazing throughout our stay. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, welcoming and always happy to help.
