Beautiful property right on the sea. Super clean and well maintained. We had the sea view balcony and it was perfect! Best place to stay away from the crowd but easy walking distance to food, bakeries and the beach. The staff couldn't have been more welcoming!

Great hotel right next to a beach. Great hosts, rooms are very clean. Ok breakfast- maybe it was limited because the hotel seemed half empty when we visited but it had a potential to be very good with just a few additions. Overall - nice place to stay near Heraklion.

Everything here was great. Staff was exceptionally nice and did their best to assist with whatever we needed. For me the only thing is that the pool is open to the public so we didn’t have chairs for the pool poolside and it was busy (weekend) and my kids did not want to swim, this may be ok for others. The local beach was beautiful and the sunsets were amazing.

We loved our stay at CreteCo! We had a beautiful spacious apartment overlooking the sea. The accommodation was clean, quiet and super relaxed. The owner and staff were very attentive and would go out of their way to make your holiday even more enjoyable. There is an amazing sandy beach and clear sea 5 mins walk away.

My family loved the stay in this property. The owner/staff was very friendly and welcoming. There were many families staying at the property which was great because we were traveling with kids. The property is just far away from the noise of the touristy side but still within walking distance of many restaurants. The beach is just across the street and it is a beautiful view. Definitely recommend this property and would stay here again!

Great family vacations!

From the very first minute after arriving, I got a great vibe! The hotel owner and all the staff fulfilled every one of our wishes! The hotel is clean and has a beautiful pool for guests, plus a lovely beach just 2 minutes away! There are also several excellent Greek restaurants nearby, within walking distance or a short drive. I would like to emphasize once again the incredible kindness of the owner and staff – we truly felt at home, as if we were part of the family! Just as an example: when they recommended a nearby restaurant, the hotel owner immediately called ahead, and when we arrived, they were already waiting for us at the entrance and even gave us a discount at the end! Once again, thank you to Mr. Nektarius and the entire hotel staff! My family and I can’t wait to come back next year!

Dimitris and his staff helped make for wonderful stay, the team are in their first year of running the apartments and have got it up and running in such a short space of time. They've worked hard to get things going for their first season,and whilst the property is still a little rough around the edges, i have no doubt that they'll continue to work hard at improving everything. The pool is lovely and no issues with space and sunbeds, the apartments are clean and a bit of a work in progress but you can see they're working to get them modernised. We had no issues withbthings not working in the rooms, theybwere cleaned every day and Everyone was extremely friendly and sociable and we would definitely stay here again. Once again, thanks Dimitris and team for a great week.

The Host, Demitre was great! Very accommodating and cheerful. The site seems very short on staff however. If your going in the summer months, prepare for some truly nasty heat. These units come with AC on the upper floor but nothing on the bottom and each time you leave the room, the key cuts the power to the room, making for toasty return. Site has one small outdoor pool for the kids on those days you just want to stay in. The hotel is walking distance to a nice beach but it gets pretty crowded on most days so show up early if you want seating with cover from the sun. It is also walking distance to an Aquarium that our kids seemed to really enjoy. I'd say its best to have your own vehicle to get around as there are limited food options in the immediate vicinity. Because of this, I was glad we chose to include the breakfast buffet and really enjoyed the selection available on most days.

Hotel with lots of potential

The hotel is right on the sea front. There's a rocky beach opposite the entrance and it's very close to sandy beaches. The rooms are laid out around the gardens and pool area. The gardens are beautifully manicured and the pool is well maintained. The pool has umbrellas and loungers. There's a bar/restaurant by the pool. The rooms are in need of some major TLC. The entrance door to the rooms do not lock properly and we had two occasions when we were in the room and found staff already in the room (there aren't 'Do Not Disturb' signs). The waste pipe of the toilet had a leak (which wasn't fixed before we left). The bedroom door was warped and would not close. Only the bedroom has air conditioning, so the kitchenette/lounge was very hot. The furniture is old and tired looking. The safe is small and has a key! It's also right on the flight path for Heraklion airport, with planes arriving early and as late as 2:30am! The reception is staffed by a very friendly woman, but it is only manned from around 9am until 5:30pm. There is no service from reception outside of these hours. The hotel has the facilities and location to be a 5 star hotel, but it needs work. They claim it's 4 star, but I wouldn't give it more than 3 stars.

Very frugal breakfast (small quantity and no variety), the maid only comes into the rooms every 2-3 days, there is no wifi in the rooms by the sea - the signal is stronger towards the center of the hotel/around the pool

The photos on hotels.con of the room were a bit misleading. We thought we’d booked a room with a balcony and sea view as that was the photo but in fact it was a dark room by the pool with no view and a/c didn’t work. Luckily there was another room available so we upgraded and stayed in the suite with balcony and view. This was really lovely but more expensive than we’d anticipated. We may have stayed elsewhere had we known up front what the cost was. Dimitri the manager was very kind and helpful even buying vegan cheese for the vegan amongst us.

Rantahotelli keskeneräisellä alueella

Hotelli oli kalustukseltaan hiukan nuhruinen. Meillä oli rannassa kaksio merinäköalalla, välissä oli kuitenkin tie ja ikkunan eteen oli pysäköitynä autoja, mikä pilasi osittain näkymää. Hotelli sijaitsee hyvin keskeneräisellä alueella, sinne ajetaan ruosteisten teollisuusrakennusten keskeltä ja kilometrin säteellä on vain muutama rantaravintola. Sijainti on myös suoraan Iraklionin lentokentän laskeutumisreitillä, mistä aiheutuu koko ajan lentomelua. Aamiainen oli ok, ja sen saattoi tilata myös huoneeseen jos halusi syödä ennen 8:30. Viiden yön aikana huoneisto siivottiin vain kerran.

Leider keine 4 Sterne, unser Zimmer wurde in einer Woche leider nur einmal gesäubert. Zimmer müssten dringend Renoviert werden. Frühstück keine große Auswahl und keine Abwechslung. Aus dem Hotel könnte mehr gemacht werden da die Anlage mit dem Pool sehr gut ist.

We kregen bij aankomst direct een gratis upgrade, naar een appartement met zee uitzicht.Het appartement was schoon. Zwembad was mooi en netjes.Personeel was behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Ook mochten we later uitchecken zonder extra kosten. Parkeren was voor het appartement.
