Great place to stay, friendly staff and management. Unfortunately had an issue with my ferry and missed a night of my stay but management was very helpful in trying to accommodate me. My only issue is that then hot water sometimes ran out in the shower and tap but the staff told me they were currently working on this issue which is reassuring. Great central location right near the centre of Heraklion

The room was stunning with high ceilings and nice furniture only a few small things like the shower doesn’t drain well and some parts of the bathroom need a deep clean but other than that it’s lovely. Would stay again

I choose this spot over others because they mentioned a complimentary shuttle to square/ heart of town which was not the case. I don’t mind walking but I only have so many footsteps a day due to double foot surgery. Other than that , everything was great. The staff, the food, & the property itself. Thank you.

A wonderful hotel in a quiet area of Heraklion. Just a short walk from the main centre. Staff are very helpful and our room was perfect. Breakfast had a number of options. The hot-tub was great to relax in at night after roaming all day.

Such a lovely little boutique hotel! We loved how spacious, modern and inviting the room felt, and the staff was phenomenally helpful and welcoming. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of fresh foods, and everything was super clean. Easy walk to the old port and lots of restaurant and shopping options. Definitely recommend as a launchpad for your exploration of Crete!
