「酒店离Jesmond地铁站很近，离市中心也近。酒店服务好，早餐好，也很安静。唯一的不足是电梯不是直达每一层。我住的层没有电梯直达，而行李很重，所以，需要搬一层才能到房间。如果是女士，就会觉得搬行李不方便。」
