「The room was clean had a beautiful view was on a high floor close to the elevator on the beach walkable to restaurants, barbecue area, beautiful swimming pool and spa. The staff are wonderful. The parking was under the building, gated and safe. I highly recommend staying at the Princess Palms Excellent.」

「As a whole, we have a satisfying and comfortable stay in here. The location is very convincing which is just right next to the Glink tram station and the beach. Everything is neat and tidy, the room is well-appointed. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The ocean view is breathtaking as well. The only thing is that the corridor light inside the room burnt out but it doesn’t really cause a big problem. We will definitely come back again. Highly recommend.」

「Amazing beachfront property. Pool has a shady umbrella so you can swim almost all day. Showers around the property to wash the sand off, after a long beach day. Car parking is an issue at only 1.95m in height , parking on the street was very busy ,so prepare to walk a little bit.」

The flat has almost no amenities, it would be good to have at least some dish washing detergent and sponges, as travellers might just want to wash a few glasses which doesn’t have to be put in the dishwasher. Still uses small bottles of shampoo and body wash, which is not environmental friendly and not enough for the number of people booked. Staff is friendly and helpful.
