「The hotel is newly opened, the designs are excellent with a great vibe. I made the booking knowing new hotel may have glitches and expecting some "surprises". It turned out to be true as my room had an entire electricity blackout during the night with the air ventilation also stopped functioning. It was certainly not a good experience to say the least. The next morning I went to the front desk to report this, led by Jessica, the front desk staffs were very understanding and patience to help...

「Burleigh Palms was a very friendly and comfortable place to stay, very close to the beach, espionage and shops. We loved the community feel of the local area. Our hosts were always happy to help whenever we needed anything. Our room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The room fans and air con were brilliant during hot evenings. There were lots to do in the local area as well as easy access to other areas of the Gold Coast. Thanks Burleigh Palms for a memorable...

「Convenient parking, smooth check-in, and friendly front desk. The room was clean and had all the facilities you expect. Highly recommended」

The carpark smelled strongly of urine and unknown droplets of liquid dripped from the...

「Nice view and good location 」
