Hotel was okay. I booked two rooms and had two lots of security deposit charged. Upon check out, one of them was released immediately but the other one is still sitting as pending after checking out 5 days ago. Hotel staff keeps saying it's released but obviously something has gone wrong and they can't be bother doing anything about it. Bank said they can't do anything either so all I can do is wait with my funds being held.

Loved our stay. Clean and very well appointed room. Loved the view and freshness the balcony provided. Just wish you could see through the glass panels… Staff was cheerful, friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was just ok (luke warm food and missing berries for the chocolate fountain- which was a nice plus). Coffee from machine (complimentary) to adjoining coffee shop (with additional cost) was using the same bitter beans. The largest and most beautiful pool and adjoining bar made us feel spoiled. Will be coming back for sure!

not really a good hotel, they wont check u in unless u pay the 200 dollars deposit / bond! it is so strict! after a few attmpts communicate the staff i eventually called my dad friend to give me 200 dollars so i can check in! this place wifi is not usable for computers , it is just so weird! the room is ok it is the only good stuff i can speak about that! even the location the uber driver said it will jump over to across the street and it is kind of confused!

This hotel was fine. Great location if you're wanting to spend your time at the Star or at Pacific Fair, but that's about it. Didn't find the staff overly accommodating, and found cockroaches in my bathroom on my last morning (hoping they hadn't been there the whole time!). Not sure I'd stay here again!
