Middle of the night a staff person opened our door. We assume to take a nap. Startled, he apologized and left immediately. Extremely unsettling. Breakfast was Luke warm-gross. Will not be back to this location. Ever!"

"Super friendly staff, comfortable room. When I left something valuable behind by mistake and didn’t notice until the following day, the hotel had it locked up safely for me and then the manager personally took it to FedEx to ship back to me. "

"They didn't clean our room 3 days in a row. When asked, the front desk clerk said "sorry, we are short staffed so we only clean rooms that were checking out." There is a note in the rooms stating they will clean rooms every other day to conserve natural resources. The fire alarm activated at 3AM due to a malfunction in the pool's mechanical room. The next night the fire alarm activated at 10PM & then again at 11PM, due to the same issue as the previous night..."
