"The proprietors are beyond fantastic!! They offer a set meal dinner every night (menu changes) and it’s fantastic!!! Breakfast and coffee are wonderful too. Coin operated washer dryer was great! They helped us get our add on tickets to our Swiss rail pass to get to the must see mountain tops was extremely helpful! I’m telling you this place is great! No AC but they did give me a fan for the room that worked out perfectly."

"The breakfast was incredible and the staff was great. Very conveniently located in town, right by the train station and we really enjoyed our stay. One thing I missed is that the room don’t have central AC but I think that’s pretty common, most of the nights it’s cool enough you won’t notice. Overall highly recommend and would absolutely be back!"

"The hotel was beautiful and historic. The walk up the hill with luggage was doable, but for those needing assistance, you can pay for a ride up. Being up on the hill made for a beautiful view. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Being an older hotel, there were minor issues, but that was part of the charm. Our rooms were on the top floor and there was no air conditioning so a bit uncomfortable sleeping. They did have fans in the room which was nice. The kids slept in a loft and they thought that was fun. Breakfast was great. Would stay here again."

"J'ai adoré l'emplacement, près de tout au centre-ville et surtout a 6 minutes de la gare Interlaken West et 16 minutes de Interlaken Ost. Petit bémol pour le ménage à la chambre : poubelle pas changé chaque jour, peu de papier hygiénique, et absence de café à la chambre certains matins, mais j'y retournerais sans hésiter"
