"We had such an amazing time at the Chalet. It was perfect for our family of 4. Even had a parking spot for our car. Location is very ideal to Interlaken and other surrounding areas. "I would give this no stars if I could. The following influenced my thoughts: - No TV whatsoever. - We were living beside a kitchen (mind you, their doors were open) and our whole entire hallway smelled like oil. The odor was so strong we could smell it from inside our room. Was there no ventilation!?!? - The sofas and curtains looked so dirty and had stains on it as well. - Some of the beds had hairs and blood on it. - Most equipment in the room were broken and there was no AC (we had to use...

"I filtered by AC units on Expedia a d this property came up. It was disappointing that during these very hot days, there was no AC. The place felt dirty and no extra sheets or pillows provided. There was only a fitted sheet on beds with a comforter - no flat sheets and not sure how often the comforter/duvet covers were washed. Many of the fitted sheets had tiny holes in them. Just did not feel or look like a luxury rental, particularly since we paid close to $700 a night."
