Worst experience, definitely not 3 star apt.
The apartment is very old, a bit dirty with strange layout. The wooden floor is loosen and makes lot of sound when walk on it. There are small flies inside the apartment. This is definitely not 3 star apt as advertisied, it is more like a cheap hostel. No communication from the reception, check in only at 4 pm and you have to check out at 10 am which is not convenient if you are travelling with kids, no elevator and washing machine is on the top floor, the laundry room is a bit scary and dim, not recommend at all.

Es ist nicht gleich wie im booking , es ist nicht 3 stern Qualität . Im bad keine Spiegel regal etwas zum aufstellen. Alle Sachen mussten auf Boden stellen. Hat keine Lift, bis 2 Stock Gepäck zu tragen war nicht einfach wir waren 5 Personen. Davon 2 mit Schulter Operation. 120 Chf Franken ist inklusive für Reinigung aber überall Staub unter the bed war mehr Stub .

Communication with the manager was good. Good location and clean apartment. Owner was very kind and professional.
I liked the kitchen equipment and the size of the apartment, however it wasn't very pleasing to the eye, the rooms seem to have each wall painted a different color. Also, be aware that they charge a 100 chf cleaning fee but there are cleaning instructions on the walls in the kitchen and bathroom on how to clean it "for the next guest". Seems shady...
L’hotel voulait nous facturer CHF 150.- de nettoyage final sans que ce sois mentionné dans la réservation ! On a refusé de payer !
La lunette de WC était cassé et c’est pas très propre en général.
