We stayed here for a visit to the Harry Potter studio tour. Helpful staff, comfy bed, plenty of room for family of 5 and beds all set up ready (didn't have to ask again for travel cot on arrival as often happens), super breakfast. Would recommend.

This is a quaint hotel. The bathrooms are brand new, but the rest of the hotel has an English feel that welcomes you. The elevators are very small, but we never had any problems using them. There is a wonderful bar and an excellent restaurant. The staff could not be nicer. We had a dedicated doorman who helped me in and out of taxis. We loved every minute of our stay and would highly recommend it.

We liked this property. The price was really good. The room was big for London. Loved the free minibar items (nice touch). Air conditioning was great. It was clean. Beautiful lobby. Good restaurant attached. Easy to get places because of Victoria tube stop. High ceilings. I had a bad stay in London before at a boutique hotel so I was looking for something a bit bigger. We went with family and had 3 rooms,, son price really did matter to us. I would stay here again. And I’m REALLY picky. I think...

We enjoyed the holiday decor and the art installations. They also provided a celebratory wine and desert treat for our anniversary. It’s a beautiful property in the heart of London.

The Milestone is in a class by itself. It provides personalized "old world" service while offering every modern amenity The front desk staff is friendly and accommodating. The housekeeping department is outstanding; every area of the hotel is absolutely spotless. Those who work in the restaurant, especially during breakfast, are excellent. We can't wait to visit again!

I had an amazing stay at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge! The hotel itself is beautiful, offering stunning views and excellent amenities. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the exceptional service. Myriam went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect. Her warmth, attention to detail, and professionalism truly made a difference. I can't recommend this hotel enough, and I’m grateful for Myriam’s incredible hospitality!

This is my second time at The Rembrandt hotel, I will continue to stay here on my trips to London. Great location, lovely hotel, breakfast cannot be beat, staff is friendly and very helpful. 5-Star Hotel at a reasonable cost.

We were skeptic on the location at first but once we got to the neighborhood and hotel, it was lovely. Just a few minutes walk from the tube station as well as Big Ben, the locations was excellent. Hotel offers a nice view of Parliament building and the downtown city area.
You can also explore some nice pubs and restaurants surrounding the hotel. Grocery stores are also within walking distance.
Topping it off is the rooftop restaurant which is very lively and offering some of the best views of...

Really loved this hotel. Great concept - very comfortable. I've never heard so many positive comments from guests checking out. Incredibly comfortable even despite the heatwave. Only issue was in the lobby. Hot weather seems to have dried out some of the sink drains so was a strong odor of sewer gases each evening. Got better as the evening went on.

Synopsis: This is the perfect hotel for quickly seen all the sites in London. It is clean, has modern décor, great staff, and without a doubt the quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
.
Location – This is across the street from Trafalgar Square, there are 2 museums literally across the street. Easy walking distance to the parliament, Westminster abbey, convent garden, Churchill war rooms, London horse guards and Leicester square. A 20 min walk to Buckingham palace (tube is faster). ...
