「Naomi accommodated us with a beautiful room, celebrating our anniversary! She had the staff sign a Happy Anniversary card and placed it on our door when we returned from dinner at the Lookout grill. That was ALSO great food and service! We come here often, but this was the best time!!! Thank you so much, Naomi!」

「This is a wonderful, clean and quiet hotel. Not weird smells. Front desk phenomenal (night shift man was the best! So friendly! ). Breakfast was amazing and the woman who prepared the waffles as well. Small snack area up front to purchase things. Hot water, tea and coffee always available. 」

「We went to a concert at Alpine Valley. Holiday Inn was very convenient to this venue. Although we chose to drive ourselves they provided a shuttle bus for convenience. 」

「comfortable indoor spaces, clean, large room. great outdoor spaces with live music, pool, bar, fire features, variety of seating options. the grounds were very well kept that gave it an upscale atmosphere. Onsite restaurant was great, fantastic bread service, helpful and kind staff. Coffee shop had great offerings for grab and go morning. Highly recommended. 」

「Clean and neat motel, safe and quiet place close to lake Geneva, reasonable price, you got all appliances in the room including a mini fridge, iron, coffee machine and hair dryer. The only little downside is that the bathroom ventilation fan is a bit noisy. 」

「Stayed here to attend an Alpine Valley music festival. Great location, parking, and breakfast. Staff were amazing and super helpful. The room was huge. Only complaints was our room had an odd smell and was humid and stuffy feeling. And we had to wipe down the bathroom floor because it was sticky. Not sure if it has anything to do with the pets that are allowed or not. But overall our experience was good.」
