「We used it as a stay and fly for many year’s prior to a trip. This year, they changed shuttle services. Started an hour later (4:15). Tight but doable if on time. We requested 4:15 shuttle. NEVER SHOWED UP! Service wasn’t answering calls. Desk attendant said it was on the way, but by 4:45, there were 3 of us needing to be at the regular terminal for 5:45-6am flights. We ended up going to the ez park down the street and was on our way within 5 min. Probably won’t stay there again.」

「In our initial room on of the beds hard blood over the top end of the bed near the pillow area. While they change our room that night. No one from management reached out to us to apologize」
