Great property, the rooms were clean. And it's family-friendly. The surrounding area was a good view to enjoy. We got discount coupons for attractions nearby, and it included free passes for Timbavati, which we loved! And it's close to everything you want to see.

We stayed in a tree house and it was so fun! It was a treat for our 20th anniversary! Middle May so one day we got to watch them clean and set the lagoon for the up coming season! The hot tub could use a little scrub around the top tiles and some ceiling paint repair in the pool but other wise it was clean and so very nice!!!! Bathrooms were clean in the tree house area. The cost was reasonable for the room amenities and I will recommend a stay if you want fun!!!!!

We stayed on a Saturday during the off season in late April so they didn’t have a lot of customers. This was the cheapest hotel with good reviews so that’s why we booked it. Check in was quick. Room was clean. Air conditioner did have a slight musky smell at first but it either went away or we got used to it. Pool was open and clean. Overall, it did the job for why we were there.

If you go during winter season you can only enjoy the indoor pool which only has one at building A and the Hot tub which is Ok, the other building has a bigger pool and 2 hot tubs. I believe this place is perfect for the summer so you can go outside or rent the cabin they look great but for the winter I think you can choose a better place to stay.

Second stay this year! Excellent staff. Love the natural theme of the rooms. Pool was cool but clean. Small arcade is a bonus. Stayed in main building this time and it was quite noisy but that was from other guests. Spacious room and kids loved the neat bunk beds
