「Amazing and unique property. We did get a bit of really early noise from the street (truck alarms at 5am) - other than that everything was amazing.
Room service was great, service and quality.

「I’ve been to the Adolphus many times ! It’s one of my favorite hotels in Dallas , this time I had a big incident happen on the escalator, I was about to fall to try to save my high heels, unfortunately it got stuck and it destroyed it. A gentleman ( I believe he was q manager) approached us and instead of stopping the escalator he tried to take the shoe out but it got worse . I asked him a few times to stop the escalator, until he finally did , but it was too late. He did not apologize, he said...
