「This is a lovely hotel with exceptionally helpful and friendly staff who seemed to take a personal interest in all their guests. It was a pleasure to stay there and our room was beautifully comfortable and spacious. The only drawback was the long climb from the town centre if walking! 」

「The hotel was great value for money and extremely comfortable. The atmosphere on entering the property for the first time was brilliant and this was mainly due to the staff’s attentiveness and superb service !! We will definitely advise our friends to book in here if in the area !! 」

「Friendly welcome from staff. Room was basic but clean and well presented. A welcome bag with toothbrush and snacks was a nice touch. I used this hotel as it was 15 minutes drive to MAN airport and I would recommend it.」

「A 1970s office block converted into a hotel. Rooms are huge by UK standard, both the room and equipment are very clean. Staff is friendly and experienced. The main complaint would be the WiFi - averaging 100-500kb/s, which is slow even by 2010 standards. Certainly need a replacement. Elevators only stop on even floors, so you would need to walk 1/2 floor up or down to the 1F reception or room (uneven floor for me).
