Excellent, welcoming reception staff (manager?) with the beard, he was a lovely, jolly and very helpful chap indeed :-) facilities were just what we needed for a quick overnight stop when travelling. We had clean, simple but effective rooms, that were well maintained and a speedy check-in and check-out process that made the experience a breeze!
