「Great hotel! Modern and clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. On the first night of our stay, the air conditioning in our room was not working. 「We loved our stay in this beautiful hotel, the staff were super attentive and made us feel so welcome, wish we could've stayed longer! Only slight gripes would be the room, although beautifully furnished, it was on the small side and the check in process was lengthy due to everybody checking in at the same time but as I said these are minor things and wouldn't put us off another stay. 」

「The service apartment is spacious and tidy, facilities are in very good condition. They also provide a number of utensils and cutlery so that you can cook in the dining room. I appreciate their welcome drinks especially hot chocolate and tea bags are freely provided in the apartment.
