"Breakfast was good, however it was not made clear if cereal and orange juice was included in addition to a cooked breakfast. It would help to include on menu that orange or apple juice and cereal is included for people staying at hotel in addition to a cooked breakfast and hot drinks. "

"The staff were really good. Food was great in the pub/restaurant. Location superb."

"We didn’t have hot water for the whole of our stay. We were told it would come back on after the first day and it did not. The next time they said it we wanted to shower we had to do it in another room, however they asked us to share this room key with other people which wasn’t what we thought when booking. The radiator also didn’t work for the whole duration for the stay and as it was a rainy day we struggled having no heating or hot water. Half way through getting ready to go out on the second night the electricity went out and we were in total darkness. We were given an apology and was told one nights stay would be refunded, they then only sent the money for half of that night and have been ignoring all correspondence since."
