「Nice stay in central Manchester. Very unique room and cosy! Loved the shower beers (although quite pricey). However a free drink and £15 off evening meal voucher was included - I didn’t use them because I think they deserve the money for such a great venue!」

「Great hotel! Modern and clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. On the first night of our stay, the air conditioning in our room was not working. After communication with the reception staff at 2am, he checked us into another room immediately. Really appreciate his efficiency as it was already very late. Had a comfortable stay!」

「The location was great! Extremely close to Manchester Piccadilly Station. Lots of restaurants, walking distance to shops. The local transportation is easily accessible and easy to navigate. Staff were friendly especially Maurice & Brandon in the dining room. 」

「The service apartment is spacious and tidy, facilities are in very good condition. They also provide a number of utensils and cutlery so that you can cook in the dining room. I appreciate their welcome drinks especially hot chocolate and tea bags are freely provided in the apartment. 「This is my second stay at the same location, despite with a different brand. The location is very near the city centre, which gives you easy access to different spots around. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious. It has been a comfortable stay.」
