"Rooms are very old fashioned and dated.
The window in our room was broken and therefore didn’t shut which meant be we were woken multiple times with people outside. Lovely place but very expensive for what you get "
"Slightly disappointed with the hotel expected more for the price we paid. Didn’t feel we had the club experience.
We had staff coming into our room once while I was just getting finished dressing. Totally unacceptable. Then housekeeping entered at 10.35 when check out was supposed to be 12. Spoke to reception about both issues and was told staff shouldn’t even be coming in until after we had checked out. Very disconcerting. We were offered no kind of compensation just a sorry not good enough "

"We stayed here for a 3rd time as our experiences in the past have been excellent.
The room is a great layout and the beds are so comfortable, we slept so well.
Despite being in the heart of the city centre with really busy nightlife going on outside the soundproofing blocks all of the noise out.
The location is very central, so for us that meant we had a great choice of pubs and restaurants within 10 minutes in all directions.
Breakfast was excellent too, great choice of hot and cold foods."
"You have wonderful staff. Oliver on the front desk was so helpful even when I asked him to book a taxi at the wrong time.
My only very minor complaint, is that the sausages at breakfast this morning were a little over cooked. They were great yesterday. "
