"Lovely hotel, we have stayed before, really comfy beds however this time we ate in the bar, not very good, our food came and it was cold, we all sent it back and, within 3 mins it came back again, all we could think of is that it had been warmed up in a microwave, 2 of us had chicken tikka there was 4 small pieces of chicken in it the rest was just sauce and it was £19.50 would recommend eating there but rooms and staff really nice."
"Room was very clean, however one of our towels was dirty but staff replaced this immediately.
Our room didn’t have a window which was unexpected as nowhere when booking did it say this might be the case, felt quite claustrophobic.

"This hotel was close to the train station, which was helpful.
However, the property is very worn and is in serious need of renovation and updating, especially in the bathrooms.
Further, we were informed that we would be charged almost £4 per person to use the shuttle service to the airport. I have never had to pay for the airport shuttle at an “airport hotel” We specifically chose this property for its proximity to the airport and the airport’s train station, expecting to be able to take the complementary shuttle to the airport for our early morning flight. We won’t stay here again."
