"We stayed overnight for a family trip. The room was perfect with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds and pillows were really comfortable. "Comfortable room though it took a little while to find a plug socket to use... Check-in was seamless, friendly staff. Good breakfast if somewhat limited (no fried egg for example). Easy to find from the M6."

Horrendous!
"The accomodation was not as advertised. It was so bad we had to book alternative accomodation elsewhere. So far we have no way of seeking a refund, so we do not recommend Hotels.com to anyone ever!"
