「Arrived London early at 8 am am via international flight ….Waited for a few hours before getting the rooms we booked, despite seeing many people checking out early in the morning. While waiting for the rooms, we visited the restaurant at the lobby for buffet breakfast for 21GBP but was told that if I booked the night before, it would only cost 18GBP. The hotel is in a great location, very close to the train station and extremely convenient. However, the room condition and housekeeping fell short of expectations: The curtains could not be closed properly, affecting both privacy and light blockage. The floor mat near the entrance and bathroom was torn/damaged. The bathrobes in the wardrobe...
