「Wir haben nicht das Zimmer bekommen, was wir ursprünglich gebucht haben. Unser Zimmer war direkt im EG und wir konnten abends nicht wirklich lüften, weil die Leute direkt vor unserem Fenster geraucht haben, da dort die Bänke standen und dann der ganze Qualm in unser Zimmer gezogen ist. Leider konnten wir auch nicht in ein anderes Zimmer, weil alles ausgebucht war. Zimmer an sich war aber sauber und Personal sehr freundlich. Für den Preis okay.」

「The staff is absolutely friendly, helpful and attentive, I had a parcel to the Hotel while I stay and the staff helped me to follow up. Hotel location is close to bakery, restaurant and shopping mall and you can find grocery there. The hotel location is just 5 mins (max) next to famous painting on East Side Gallery. Easy to find. I would like to say thanks for everything in this hotel.🙏」

「Great place to stay in Berlin. For me, this is the best location in Berlin. The studio was perfect for 2. the room modern, comfortable bed and good isolation. The staff were so friendly too. There is no reception but when we checked in, There was a staff that helped us with the check in. And our room was ready before 15:00. I would def stay there again.」

「room was great for the price i paid!! could tell it had been cleaned after previous guests however the room definitely needs redecorating as there were stains/marks on the walls! staff was really nice and helpful! only other downside was the doors are incredibly hard to open with your key and aren’t ideal if you are in a rush/carrying a lot, seems as if they need new locks put on or a keycard system instead!! would still highly recommend for a cheap stay especially if attending a concert at the...

「Handy location with good transport links. Quite standard for a budget ibis - clean but not many ameneties as standard, though you can borrow from reception for a deposit. Worth noting that in our twin room, the shower let directly out into the bedroom (no dedicated bathroom separation, only separation for toilet), and the shower screen was not fully frosted, so keep in mind when booking if you are sharing the room 」
