We had a very good stay. We enjoyed the room, the cleanliness and above all the great buffet for breakfast. The only remark I can make is that there is a little walk (7 minutes) to catch up public transportation. Neighborhood is quiet, the hotel isn't located in a touristic area of Berlin.

Nice hotel in Berlin, ust not great!

Business trip one night stay as our usual hotel was full. Well equiped, decent sized room, comfy bed and clean throughout. Hotel itself foyer and breakfast bar wize is a little dull and dated. Breakfast was ok, but choice was limited and of not as hifh quality compared to comparison 4-5 star hotels locally. Overall was adequate and in line with most sheraton hotels expectation wise.

Good lactation for what I needed. Good value money-wise. Met two staff members, one was good the other wasn’t. The room was clean and had everything I needed but the bed wasn’t really comfortable, but I know that’s subjective. One thing that wasn’t great was they didn’t respond to a message I’d spent, via Expedia, weeks before my stay which wasn’t helpful. Overall though, good value for what it is.

We were generally happy with the facility and customer service. EXCEPT the quality of the air conditioning was terrible and we were horrified that the maintenance person expected us to just be happy that it was running at all instead of increasing airflow and making it produce cold air. What was really incompetent was that he then turned our AC off.

Disappointing stay

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience after my recent stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, I was disappointed to see a staff member in a grey waistcoat who, despite clearly noticing us, chose to ignore us entirely. Fortunately, the reception staff were much more welcoming—friendly, helpful, and ready to answer any questions we had. During our stay, one standout team member was the gentleman at the bar from Tunisia. He was absolutely outstanding—going above and beyond to be helpful, attentive, and kind to my family. His warmth and professionalism genuinely made a positive impact on our stay. However, I have to mention that the condition of the rooms left much to be desired. They are extremely outdated and in serious need of a complete makeover. Additionally, there was an unsightly stain on the toilet when we arrived, which didn’t set a great tone for cleanliness. We were surprised to find that the shower gel wasn’t refilled at all during our three-day stay. Despite my requests, we had to purchase our own as it never got topped up. All in all, while there were a few bright spots, the overall experience didn’t meet my expectations. Regrettably, I won’t be returning. I hope the management considers updating the facilities and paying more attention to detail for the comfort of future guests.
